Capacity building project to improve the quality of the training and skills development system.

The objectives of the technical assistance were to achieve the following:

1. Carry out a diagnostic study of the current training plan and the methodology used.

2. Develop a new methodology and a new training plan.

3. Develop a resource mobilization plan including a national workshop for partnership development and fundraising.
