CIDE supported stakeholders in the training sector in strengthening institutional capacities to improve the quality and effectiveness of the training and skills development system. The intervention began with a thorough analysis of the existing training plan and methodology to identify opportunities for improvement and priority needs. Based on the diagnostic findings, a new methodology and a revised training plan were developed to better meet the needs of beneficiaries and skills development objectives. The project also facilitated the development of a resource mobilization and partnership strategy, including the organization of a national workshop to foster collaboration among stakeholders and ensure the sustainability of training activities.
