Technical assistance in administrative training

The objective was to carry out a training needs analysis and develop training profiles and framework programs in secretarial/office automation, accounting/management, stock management and supply.

Training of CBG executives (Africanization)

CIDE was given the mandate to ensure the organization of training for executives registered in the multi-year development plan in inventory management and supply, marketing, and in training program engineering. In addition, Cide ensured the organization of initial university training in engineering, management, and accounting for a group of CBG technicians.

Training of 70 trainers with a goal to train 2,100 teachers in the gender approach.

CIDE was selected to assist the Ministry of Pre-university Education and Education of the Republic of Guinea in the development of their management and computer skills, to support their promotion of gender equality in the education sector.
