Technical assistance in administrative training

The objective was to carry out an analysis of training needs, develop profiles and framework programs for training in secretarial/office skills, accounting/management, inventory management and supply.

Training of CBG executives (Africanization)

The CIDE was mandated to organize training for managers enrolled in the multi-year professional development plan in inventory and supply management, marketing, and training program engineering. In addition, it organized initial university training in engineering, management, and accounting for a group of CBG technicians.

Training of 70 trainers to train 2100 teachers in the gender approach

CIDE has been selected to assist the Ministry of Pre-University Education and Education of the Republic of Guinea in developing their management and IT skills, with the aim of supporting their work to promote gender equality in the education sector.
