External evaluation of the program supporting sectoral policies for vocational and technical training
The project aimed to evaluate the provision of vocational training through the OIF program in nine African countries, three Asian countries and one Caribbean country by providing technical assistance in the development of technical and vocational training policies, in the development of training content according to the competency-based approach (CBA), and by adopting the tools of the program approach (PA).

Train-the-trainer project (ACDI 232-14033)
The project involved planning and managing improvements in the quality of training, facilitating access to technical education, and equipping the network to produce technicians better suited to the needs of the labor market. The project's goal was to ensure the training and professional development of the academic and administrative staff required for the opening of six new technical high schools.

Support for the training of primary school administrators and teachers (Design and use of student assessment tools and guides – Education system support program)
The project aimed to support the training of primary school administrators and teachers in the design and use of student assessment tools and guides (Education System Support Program). The project's objectives were to strengthen the capacity of primary school administrators in developing and using student assessment tools and to produce a battery of assessment questions for primary school learning and user guides.
