External evaluation of the support program for sectoral vocational and technical training policies

The project aimed to assess the vocational training offered through the OIF program in nine African countries, three Asian countries and one Caribbean country by providing technical assistance in the development of technical and vocational training policies, in the development of training content according to the competency-based approach (APC), and by adopting the tools of the program approach (AP).

Train-the-trainer project (ACDI 232-14033)

The project consisted of planning and managing the improvement of the quality of training, facilitating access to technical education, and giving the network the means to produce technicians with skills better suited to the needs of the labor market. The purpose of the project was to provide further training for the academic and administrative staff required for the commissioning of six new technical education high schools.

Support for the training of primary school staff and teachers (Design and use of student assessment instruments and guides – Support program for the education system)

The project aimed to support the training of primary school managers and teachers in the design and use of student assessment instruments and guides (education system support programme). The objectives of the project were to build the capacity of primary education managers in the development and use of student assessment instruments and to produce a battery of assessment and learning questions for the evaluation and user guides for primary schools.
