Feasibility study for the experimentation of the concept of North American community colleges in UEMOA countries

The study aimed to provide the information needed to argue the added value, relevance, feasibility, financing, and conditions for implementing a regional vocational training project relating to the adaptation of the North American community college model in West African countries including those of the Union.
