Creation of a continuing professional development system for secondary school science teachers
The aim of the project was to design a sustainable training system for the Ministry of Education and Culture, ensuring the professional development of 900 secondary school teachers, 306 principals, and 86 inspectors. The project also included the design of a train-the-trainer program and the use of existing trainers to support the ongoing professional development of new staff. Ministry of Education and Culture.
