Creation of an in-service training system for secondary school science teachers

The project aimed to design a sustainable training system for the Ministry of Education and Culture to ensure the skills upgrading s of 900 secondary school teachers, 306 directors, and 86 inspectors. The project also included the design of a “train-the-trainer” program with the use of existing trainers to support the professional development of new staff on an ongoing basis.
