Professional training

The project consisted of carrying out a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the labor market situation in Benin. The result was a labor market report and identification of skilled labor training needs.

Technical and vocational education project / technical assistance and training of trainers

In the context of this project, the CIDE received the mandate to: 1) train trainee teachers in the following teaching programs: mechanical manufacturing, automobile mechanics, building electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning, masonry/building and topography; 2) provide technical assistance to teachers and teacher assistant technologists; 3) train the administrative and maintenance staff for the Center and the administrative staff of the project implementation unit.
