Professional training

The project involved conducting a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the labor market situation in Benin. The result was a labor market report and an identification of training needs for skilled labor.

Technical and vocational education project / technical assistance and training of trainers

In the context of this project, CIDE was mandated to: 1) train teacher-trainees in the following teaching programs: mechanical manufacturing, automotive mechanics, building electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning, masonry/building and surveying; 2) provide technical assistance to teachers and teaching assistants in technology; 3) train administrative and maintenance staff for the Centre and administrative staff of the project implementation unit.
