Design of an in-service training program for basic education
The study aimed to develop a competency-based continuing professional development program for practicing primary school teachers. It also aimed to design a training plan for 50,000 education sector personnel (principals, trainers, teachers) over a three-year period.

Development of quality control mechanisms in vocational training
The project aimed to strengthen the INFP's institutional capacity in its role of regulating the vocational training sector by establishing mechanisms for quality control of training. The mandate entrusted to CIDE focused on designing a skills certification and training accreditation system, as well as developing the tools necessary for its implementation.

Social Marketing Campaign – Professional Training Program
Within the framework of this project, CIDE was tasked with implementing a long-term, nationwide social marketing campaign in both urban and rural areas, designed to raise public awareness and promote the Program and to mobilize and encourage widespread participation from target groups. Support for the implementation of the APC at the CFP in Haiti – CANADO
The CFPH CANADO showcase development plan included, firstly, updating or developing programs according to APC's training engineering principles; secondly, rehabilitating workshops and renewing equipment according to GOPM guidelines; thirdly, establishing partnerships with companies in the various sectors served by CFPH CANADO; and finally, rehabilitating CFPH CANADO, including a review of the organizational chart, advisory committees, the roles and responsibilities of the various bodies, as well as a review of the center's budget.

A training program of trainers in vocational and technical education.
The CIDE intervened in the implementation of the AST of the training program for the certificate in pedagogy "Trainer in vocational and technical training", the program relating to it was also developed.

INFP Capacity Building Project for Skills Certification and Accreditation of Training Centers and Programs / Lot 2
CIDE intervened in the design of the evaluation of training engineering as a whole and more particularly of the implementation of competency-based programs in order to support INFP's efforts in planning competency-based programs and to support its centers involved in the certification process in consolidating the implementation of engineering according to the APC.
