Design of an in-service training program for basic education

The study aimed to develop a skills-based in-service training program for practicing teachers of basic education. The study also aimed to design a plan for the training of 50,000 agents in the education sector (directors, trainers, teachers) over a period of three years.

Development of quality control mechanisms in vocational training

The project aimed to strengthen the institutional capacities of the INFP in its role of regulating the vocational training sector by setting up training quality control mechanisms. CIDE’s mandate was to design a skills certification and training accreditation system as well as the development of the tools necessary for the implementation of this system.

Social Marketing Campaign – Vocational Training Program

As part of this project, CIDE was responsible for implementing a long-term social marketing campaign. The campaign was to be implemented nationwide, in urban and rural areas, to make the program well known to the public to mobilize and encourage the mass participation of target groups.

Support for the implementation of the APC in the CFP of Haiti – CANADO

The development plan of the CFPH CANADO in the APC showcase first included the updating and development of programs according to the APC training engineering. Secondly, the reworking of workshops and the renewal of equipment according to the prescriptions of the GOPMs. Thirdly, the establishment of a partnership with businesses in the various sectors of CFPH CANADO. Finally, the rehabilitation of the CFPH CANADO included the review of the organization chart, the advisory committees, the roles, and responsibilities of the various bodies as well as the review of the center's budget.

A training program of trainers in vocational and technical education.

CIDE supported the development of the AST through the training program for the certificate in pedagogy "Trainer in vocational and technical training". The related program was also subsequently developed.

INFP Capacity Building Project for Skills Certification and Accreditation of Training Centers and Programs / Lot 2

CIDE supported the design of the evaluation of the training engineering as a whole, with a particular focus on the implementation of skills programs. The aim was to support the efforts of the INFP in planning skills programs and to support its centers engaged in the certification process to reinforce themselves in the implementation of engineering according to the APC.
