Study trip to learn about the professional and technical training system of the Province of Quebec, Canada

As part of the project for the construction of a national vocational and technical training system for Paraguay, a study trip was carried out to enable senior officials from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Paraguay to learn about the functioning of the vocational and technical training system in the Province of Quebec. They were able to do so through visits to the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Employment as well as vocational and technical training institutions and interviews with key system actors.
