Reconstruction and recommissioning project, CONALEP

As part of the reconstruction and institutional support project of the CONALEP network, CIDE was given the mandate to manage a project for the reconstruction and restoration of a technical education college in the CONALEP network. The project consisted of monitoring and controlling the construction of the college, carrying out the analysis of needs, ensuring the supply and installation of the required teaching equipment, developing training programs, ensuring the training of Mexican trainers, establishing a tailor-made training program in computer laboratory management as well as welcoming Mexican trainees and providing administrative and pedagogical follow-up during their stay in Canada.
