As part of the CONALEP network's reconstruction and institutional support project, CIDE was mandated to manage the reconstruction and reopening of a CONALEP network technical college. The project involves monitoring and controlling the college's construction, conducting needs assessments, ensuring the supply and installation of required teaching equipment, developing training programs, training Mexican instructors, establishing a customized training program in computer lab management, and hosting Mexican interns and providing administrative and pedagogical support during their stay in Canada.
