The project included the following components: operational technical assistance in restructuring training programs in the hospitality and tourism, textile and clothing, crafts, agriculture, tertiary sector and IMMEE sectors, and structural technical assistance aimed at strengthening the vocational training system with a view to generalizing the skills-based approach.

The study aimed to evaluate the training system and propose a strategic plan to improve the quality of training provided by the training departments of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Tourism, and Crafts. The evaluation covered the following aspects: institutions, trainers, programs, equipment, trainee selection/orientation, pedagogy, assessment of trainee learning outcomes, institution management, and relations with the socio-economic environment.

The project aimed to stimulate economic growth by strengthening the links between the craft sector, the cultural, historical, and architectural heritage of the Medina of Fez, and the tourism sector. It also included cross-cutting actions to support production, with the overall objective of increasing the income of artisans in the Fez and Marrakech region through increased production capacity, improved quality of handcrafted products, enhanced production techniques, and modernization of production equipment.

Production d’outils de planification et de gestion du marché de l’emploi et de la formation dans le secteur du commerce et de la distribution. L’élaboration s’est divisée en 3 phases : étude sectorielle, réalisation d’AST, élaboration du Master plan.

Développement d’un cursus de formation de formateurs dans le secteur du tourisme afin de combler un déficit de formateurs techniques en hôtellerie et en restauration, autour de 4 objectifs précis soit : Objectif 1 : Concevoir la filière de formation de formateurs (programme en APC et outils) Objectif 2 : Réaliser les supports de la filière de formation de formateurs (outils par filière Cuisine/Hébergement étage et Hébergement réception/Restauration) Objectif 3 : Assurer la formation des formateurs en Cuisine, Restaurant et Hébergement (étages et réception) Objectif 4 : Évaluer la formation ainsi que certifier les ressources humaines formées.

Réalisation d’une étude relative à l’élaboration du Master plan de formation spécifique aux métiers de l’Électronique, divisée en 3 phases : Réalisation d’une Étude sectorielle et d’une étude Benchmark, Réalisation d’AST (Analyse de Situation de Travail) et de fiches REM et REC, Élaboration du Master plan de formation.

Réalisation et mise en œuvre d’un dispositif de formation professionnelle dans le secteur de l’Automobile en 3 phases : Préparation du projet et atelier de Gestion axée sur les résultats, Élaboration des outils de planification de la formation, Mise en œuvre du plan de formation.

The project to optimize the duration and pathways of vocational training for specialisation and qualification levels was part of the implementation of the strategic orientations of the vocational training system which aim to rationalise and harmonise the training offer between the different training operators, to reduce the costs of training by optimising the use of the human and material resources necessary for the implementation of a training programme and to increase the number of beneficiaries of vocational training.

Restructuring of training programs in the crafts sector through the development, adaptation, and implementation of competency-based training programs across various craft fields (leatherwork, textiles, woodworking, metalworking, and stone and clay work). This major phase of program development (18 programs) was followed by a significant implementation phase within four apprenticeship training centers (39 programs implemented) and support for the management and structuring of these centers to transform them into pilot centers operating on a competency-based approach.

Le projet vise le renforcement de l’approche par compétences à tous les paliers du système de formation professionnelle, afin de mieux répondre aux besoins du marché de l’emploi et de s’aligner sur une démarche de développement durable du Maroc.

The project's main objective was to improve the national examination system, particularly its standardization with regard to the development and validation of assessment tools for certification purposes. Simultaneously, the project aimed to develop and deliver item banks in a final, usable format for each of the following subjects: Arabic, French, mathematics, and science.

Le CIDE a été impliqué dans 1) la mise à jour des fiches actuelles des Référentiels des Emplois et Métiers (REM) et les référentiels des Emplois et Compétences REC du secteur, ainsi que dans l’élaboration de nouvelles fiches pour les métiers nouveaux, 2) la réalisation d’un bilan des besoins en formation des compétences managériales et administratives des établissements de formation du Ministère, 3) la réalisation d’une ingénierie de formation pour élaborer un plan cyclique de formation continue des formateurs des établissements et le mettre en marche.

The UNESCO project aims to promote youth civic participation by strengthening the capacities of collaborative networks of youth organizations in three key areas: youth policy, media, and youth training and employment. More specifically, in the area of youth training and employment, the consultant supports beneficiary countries in establishing a national skills forecasting model to better align training with the skills required in the job market.

The project involved 3 studies (the impact of restructuring on employment and vocational training needs, the development of in-company training and the participation of the private sector in vocational training, the methodology for an employment information system in the context of industrial restructuring), which were used to prepare a loan application to the World Bank in the vocational training and employment sector.

The project focused on providing structural and operational technical assistance to the vocational training system in order to ensure the generalization of the skills-based approach.

Le projet portait sur le suivi des formés selon l’approche par compétences suite au projet Pricat – Compétences qui s’est terminé au début de l’année 2000. Il a été conçu pour que l’Agence Tunisienne de la Formation Professionnelle puisse mettre en place une partie du système d’évaluation de la formation dispensée avec des programmes élaborés en termes de compétences.

The CIDE's mandate in this project was to support the creation, implementation, and management of the network of Higher Institutes of Technological Studies (ISETs), including system orientation, definition of the educational and administrative framework, development of the training program for future technology teachers, training of future technology teachers in Tunisia and Canada, development of ISET curricula, and technical assistance to ensure that construction specifications met training needs and that the equipment required to provide training aligned with labor market demands. Ministry of Higher Education.

The objective of this technical assistance was to provide the training department of Tunisie Télécom with distance learning content for Linux and OpenOffice software (offline and online) and to integrate this content into a tele-training platform (dynamic web application).

Le projet visait à assister Tunisie Telecom dans le développement et la mise en place d’une plateforme de formation à distance offrant le mode synchrone et asynchrone. La plateforme d’e-Learning a permis de mettre à la disposition des apprenants (personnel de Tunisie Telecom) des cours en ligne via Internet, d’animer des forums de discussion, d’organiser des plannings de cours, de réaliser des tests d’évaluation, de gérer des parcours de formation, de gérer les apprenants, de gérer les enseignants et les tuteurs, de gérer les contenus de formation, de gérer les évaluations, etc.

Technical assistance was provided to CENAFFIF for the implementation of an e-learning platform. The main objective of the project was to develop the skills required to set up, manage, and maintain an e-learning platform developed using open-source software.

Le mandat visait l’appui au développement de la formation à distance sur Internet en Tunisie afin de répondre à l’augmentation de la clientèle étudiante. Les activités du projet incluaient : l’établissement du profil de la FAD sur Internet en Tunisie, une proposition au MES des orientations possibles et l’identification des grands paramètres d’une stratégie nationale de FAD sur Internet, la réalisation d’un inventaire des pistes d’action et des possibilités de partenariats en FAD avec des institutions et des entreprises canadiennes, la planification et la réalisation de stages de formation et de visites d’institutions et d’entreprises canadiennes.

This project aimed to identify and implement a new and sustainable approach to action in education at the national, regional, and local levels by integrating the "Environment" component into primary and secondary school curricula. This new Environmental Education program has enabled primary and secondary school students to develop their knowledge and skills, fostering new values and attitudes that are essential for the sustainability of the movement towards a better quality of life and a healthier environment.
