The objectives of the technical assistance were to achieve the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Carry out a diagnostic study of the current training plan and the methodology used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Develop a new methodology and a new training plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
