The result was a labor market report and identification of skilled labor training needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical and vocational education project \/ technical assistance and training of trainers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the context of this project, the CIDE received the mandate to: 1) train trainee teachers in the following teaching programs: mechanical manufacturing, automobile mechanics, building electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning, masonry\/building and topography; 2) provide technical assistance to teachers and teacher assistant technologists; 3) train the administrative and maintenance staff for the Center and the administrative staff of the project implementation unit.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vocational training The project consisted of carrying out a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the labor market situation in Benin.
