Design of an in-service training program for basic education<\/div>\n

The study aimed to develop a competency-based continuing professional development program for practicing primary school teachers. It also aimed to design a training plan for 50,000 education sector personnel (principals, trainers, teachers) over a three-year period.<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Development of quality control mechanisms in vocational training<\/div>\n

The project aimed to strengthen the INFP's institutional capacity in its role of regulating the vocational training sector by establishing mechanisms for quality control of training. Support for the implementation of the APC at the CFP in Haiti \u2013 CANADO<\/div>\n

The CFPH CANADO showcase development plan included, firstly, updating or developing programs according to APC's training engineering principles; secondly, rehabilitating workshops and renewing equipment according to GOPM guidelines; thirdly, establishing partnerships with companies in the various sectors served by CFPH CANADO; and finally, rehabilitating CFPH CANADO, including a review of the organizational chart, advisory committees, the roles and responsibilities of the various bodies, as well as a review of the center's budget.<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
