Training program for middle and senior managers in Equatorial Guinea

In order to support the government of Equatorial Guinea in strengthening human capital in several key sectors of the economy, the CIDE was mandated to carry out the training of 82 future trainers to teach in the five provincial polytechnic institutes (IPP). The future trainers, all holders of a baccalaureate, were recruited following a competition and come from different fields (construction, mechanics, tourism, etc.). The training took place in Tunisia over a period of more than 36 months.
